The Anthony Awards

Starting in 1988, The Anthonys have been awarded each year at the Bouchercon. They're voted upon by the convention's attendees, from a previously-selected short list. Generally, winners tend to the cosier side of the spectrum, although there is an occasional private eye or hardboiled story that makes the cut. But damn few.
