Dirty Blue
Crooked Cops & Other
Great Villians
Of course, not all eyes are
perfect, but what's a story without a great villian. And when
the villian is a cop, it all seems even more evil. Among the most
corrupt cops ever to accept a handout are:
- Lieutenant MacGregor,
Del Moray Police
Hygenically and ethically-challenged, MacGregor's slime incarnate.
His chief mission in life seems to be making private eye Fred
Carver's life miserable.
- Lieutenant Quint,
LAPD
Jake Axminster's nemesis in the retro PI TV show, City
of Angels.
- The cops in Chinatown.
"Forget it, Jake! It's Chinatown!"
- Evidently, the entire Bay City police force.
.
- That whacked-out, seven-foot tall hitman with the bad skin
in Carl Hiassen's Skin Tight
