Stan Rivkin
Created by Peter Lefcourt
Earnest, but failed pilot starring Ron Leibman as STAN RIVKIN, a low-rent but high-intensity bounty hunter who tracks down bail jumpers in a busting-at-the-seams Manhattan.
Leibman has previously created and starred in the short-lived Kaz, about a quick-tempered reformed car thief turned quick-tempered criminal attorney, which I also seem to vaguely (and fondly) remember.
Did anyone ever see this? I seem to remember M*A*S*H's Colonel Potter as a priest or something, but I might be wrong, and that, as usual, Leibman always seemed about to explode.
Ah! Upon further research, it turns out that, yes, Harry Morgan did play a kindly retired priest who frequently babysat Rivkin's physically handicapped 12 year old son.
