Lil Ritchie
Created by Phyllis Knight

Portland, Maine's very own lesbian gumshoe, LIL RITCHIE, appeared in two novels and a short story back in the nineties, but never quite caught on, although her second appearance, in 1995's Shattered Rhythms, intrigues me.

A music lover herself, she's hired to find a legendary guitarist nobody's seen for years, and the trail leads to... the Montreal Jazz Festival.

Obviously, further investigation is required...

Respectfully ssubmitted by Kevin Burton Smith. Thanks to Gerald So and Janice Long for keeping me honest.
