Freddie O'Neal
Created by Catharine Dain (pseud.
of Judith Garwood)
High-flying Reno private eye FREDDIE O'NEAL likes Keno,
cowboy boots, her cat and her plane. She has her pilot's license
and it usually doesn't take much arm-twisting to get her to use
it. She appeared in a string of PBOs in the nineties.
Catherine Dain is the author of over a dozen mysteries. Besides
the Freddie O'Neal series, twice nominated for a Shamus award
by the Private Eye Writers of America, she writes a series about
a New Age amateur sleuth, Mariana Morgan, and another featuring
actress/detective Faith Cassidy. A professional tarot reader,
Ms. Dain (well, actually Judith Garwood) lives in Ojai, California.
