Murder Ink is the mystery readers' group which meets regularly at the Palmdale Barnes & Noble.
Each month we discuss a mystery or crime novel. So far we've discussed classic and not-so-classics; both old and new. Good stuff, bad, stuff and ugly stuff, if you go by some of our discussions. We pull no punches and we play no favorites -- we're covering everything from the genre's early years to this week's hot new author, and eventually we hope to get to everything in between. We try to select books that are easily available and moderately priced. Members of Murder Ink are under no obligation to purchase their books from Barnes & Noble -- you can get them from the local library or a friend or even purchase them somewhere else, but of course B&N does try to stock upcoming group selections.
