Jazz Montgomery
Created by Deborah Whittaker
JAYE Z. "JAZZ" MONGOMERY is the spunky, slightly punky "research associate" for Adrian Turner Ventures, a Silicon Valley investment firm. A former computer fraud expert for the Santa Clara D.A.'s office, Jazz, much to her own dismay, finds herself knee-deep in the corporate world, rubbing shoulders with big money, high tech capitalism and, oh yes, murder, in her one appearance to date, a short story in 1998's Lethal Ladies II.
Not bad for a gal who favors purple suspenders, black leather mini-skirts, thigh high black leather, and multiple piercings in her ears, along with one in her belly button that doesn't get displayed very often.
Author Deborah Whittaker is currently working on a novel about
Jaye, which has elicited some interest from a couple of editors.
We'll keep ya posted....
