Now here's a Pennsylvania P.I. with a rather peculiar quirk. RAINY McGUINN is afraid of--wait for it--rain. Seems her kid brother drowned during a thunderstorm when she was six. In her one case to date, she's hired to do some department store security during the Christmas rush.
