Ex-LAPD Vice man JIMMY LUJACK now earns his daily bread as a private detective. At least officially. What he really does is make odds. In fact, he has a rep as LA's top sports bookie. His partner, Tommy Chin, runs a restaurant/bookie joint.
Some good press and the usual Chandler comparisons ensued, according to the cover blurbs , but a third book never showed up.
