NICHOLAS TARTAGLIA is a private eye whose cases invariably find him taking on things that go bump in the night. In his first recorded case, Tenth House, the first novel of a proposed trilogy of supernatural mysteries, he's hired to stop some whacko satanic cult before they sacrifice another victim. He returns in Third Ring (2001) to track down a mystical book with supernatural powers.
Nicholas' creator, Phillip Tomasso III, has bulldozed a niche for himself in the self-publishing and POD fields. He's the author of such books as Adverse Impact, Johnny Blade, Third Ring, Tenth House and Mind Play, as well as more than 50 published short stories and articles in an array of magazines ranging from Crossroads, Ascending Shadows, Bathory House, Mausoleum. Heck, he's even served as guest editor over at Hard Luck. Somehow, though, he still finds time to work full time as an employment law paralegal, freelance for a community newspaper, write middle grade novels under the pen name, Grant R.Philips, do regular book reviews for such POD-friendly places as Curled Up With A Good Book, The Best Reviews and Futures Mystery Anthology Magazine and teach creative writing classes at Writers & Books and at The Writer's Studio.
