A private investigator reality show. Or at least the pilot for one.

Hosted by real-life P.I. Ed Meyers, it promised "real private investigators tackling the cases the police won't touch."

This one premiered October 24 on F/X in the States, but whether a second episode was ever aired might just be a state secret -- I managed to catch that one episode, and have heard rumours that there was a guy who knew a guy in Georgia who maybe saw another one.

What I did see was pretty good, though -- far less annoying than COPS, and intriguing enough to want to see more. It would actually have been great for writers looking for plot ideas.
