Börje Lindh
Created by Veikko Ennala (1922-1991)

BÖRJE LINDH is an alcoholic, who works as a small-time Finnish private eye in Veikko Ennala's short paperback novel Veljeni herrassa (My Brothers in the Lord) published in 1964. Lindh gets mixed up in a scam in which two brothers are trying to swindle some money out of a woman. A very dark and pessimistic tone and bleak, cynical atmosphere permeate the novel, characteristic of all of Ennala's work.

Ennala (1922-1991) was a legendary newspaper man who worked mainly for the yellow press. He wrote three novels in the sixties and a short story collection in the fifties.
