Damned if I know anything about this animated show from back in 1962. Evidently, Kokonut, Private Eye starred (or at least starred the voices of) Norma MacMillan as KOKETTE and Larry "F Troop" Storch as KOKO THE CLOWN, and one, or possibly both of them, were some sort of private eyes.

Judging by the names and the length of the episodes (5 minutes), plus of course the fact that this was animated, I think it's a pretty safe bet that this was aimed at children, and was possibly filler between regular 30-minute Saturday morning cartoons. If anybody out there has any info, do me a favour and clue me in...
