Dan Holden
Created by Leon Byrne
A pulp-era version of Jack livingston's Joe Binney,
deaf private eye DAN HOLDEN. He was deaf thanks to a criminal's
bullet, but that didn't stop him from being a top notch gumshoe.
He solved his cases in the pages of Dime Mystery, of course,
which was something of a haven for defective
detectives.
