Dead Pigeon on Beethoven Street
Created by Samuel Fuller

A fast-paced, tongue-in-cheek, German-financed TV film by legendary American director Sam Fuller, Dead Pigeon on Beethoven Street follows a Yank private eye (Corbett) as he goes undercover in Germany to crack a international gang of drug-dealing extortionists who prey on politicians, and to avenge his partner's death. He's aided by the lovely Lang (Mrs. Fuller in real life).

Fuller later wrote a novelization of this film that was "was particularly well done and ...successful as a mystery/ HB book at the time," according to E. Borgers, of the Hardboiled Mysteries Website.
