Despite his name, JOSHUA BIGG is a mere 5'3" tall. Definitely not a dwarf, but certainly no giant among men. He's an investigator for a prestigious New York law firm, looking into the mysterious suicide of a wealthy client. The trail soon leads to a bizarre religious racket.
Joshua is yet another of Lawrence Sanders' almost-private eyes, most of whom work for large corporations and whose dealings invarably involve the rich and powerful. If you like Joshua, check out Dora Conti, Samual Todd, Timothy Cone or Wolf Lannihan. And if you're into something a bit breezier, you could try Archie McNally.
