James Halloran
Created by Roger Torrey
(1901-46)

Yet another of pulpster Torey's seemingly endless supply of private eyes, JAMES HALLORAN appears in, as far as I can tell, only one short story, "Murder for Rent," narrated in the first person, in the February 1941 issue of Private Detective Stories.
